Ball bearing

Ball bearings are mechanical components that are used to reduce friction between moving parts and enable smooth rotation or linear motion. They consist of a series of balls enclosed in a ring race between two rings.

Roller bearing

Roller bearings are designed similarly to ball bearings, but use cylindrical rollers instead of balls to carry the load.

Needle bearing

Needle roller bearings are special ball bearings that use thin-walled needles as roller elements. They are characterized by their high load carrying capacity in a limited installation space and are often used in applications with high radial loads.

Spherical plain bearing/sliding bearing

Spherical plain bearings, also known as plain bearings or bush bearings, are bearings that enable movement along an axis. They consist of an inner and an outer ring with a sliding element between them. These bearings are often used in applications that are subject to vibrations or shock loads and offer a reliable and low-maintenance solution.

Deep groove ball bearing

Deep groove ball bearings are a special type of ball bearing characterized by their deep groove structure in the inner and outer ring. This design enables an even distribution of loads and a high speed.

Self-aligning ball bearing

Self-aligning ball bearings are ball bearings with a spherical outer ring, which gives them a self-aligning capability. These bearings can compensate for angular deviations and misalignments and are therefore often used in applications with high vibration or alignment requirements.

Axial ball bearing

Axial ball bearings are specially designed to support axial loads and consist of balls that run between two rings, with the load being supported in the axial direction. These bearings are used in applications where high axial forces occur.

Linear ball bearing

Linear ball bearings are ball bearings that are specially designed for linear movements. They consist of an inner and an outer ring with a series of balls running between them. These bearings provide low-friction and precise linear motion.

Drive technology

Drive technology

Drive technology encompasses the various components and systems required to transfer energy or motion from a drive source to a machine or system. This can include mechanics, electronics or a combination of both. In drive technology, motors, gears, belts, chains, couplings and other elements are used to enable precise and efficient transmission of motion.

Coupling elements

Coupling elements are components that are used to connect two shafts together and enable the transmission of torque and movement between them. They are used in machines and systems to reduce vibrations, absorb shock loads and minimize the effects of misalignment.

Lubrication technology

Lubrication technology deals with the selection and application of lubricants to reduce friction and wear between moving parts and extend the service life of machines and systems. Lubricants such as oils, greases and lubricants are used to reduce friction, dissipate heat, minimize wear and prevent corrosion.

Gaskets

O-rings

O-rings are one of the most commonly used types of seals and consist of a ring-shaped elastic material that is placed between two components to seal off liquids or gases.

Shaft seals

Shaft seals, also known as oil seals, are used to prevent the ingress of lubricants and the escape of oils or other media from a rotating shaft.

Flat gaskets

Flat gaskets are flat, often flexible gaskets that are placed between two flanges or surfaces to achieve a seal against liquids or gases.

Profile gaskets

These seals consist of round or profiled cords or profiles that are placed in grooves or gaps to achieve a seal. They are often used for specific applications such as high temperature, high pressure or chemically demanding environments.

Valve seals

Valve seals have been specially developed for use in valves and flaps to ensure adequate sealing against the passage of media.

Pneumatic seals

These seals are specifically designed for use in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimize leakage and ensure reliable performance. They include various seal types such as piston seals, rod seals, wipers and seal kits.

Fixing

Screws

Screws are provided with a thread that is used to connect components together. They are inserted into a corresponding thread or hole by turning and can be secured with nuts.

Screw nuts

Nuts are screwed onto screws or bolts to create a firm connection between components. They provide additional security and stability by fixing the thread.

Bolts

Bolts are similar to screws, but they lack a thread along part of their length.

Rivets

Rivets consist of a pin and a cap. They are inserted through a pre-drilled hole and then deformed to create a permanent connection between the components

Clamps

Clamps are used to hold or fix materials together.

Nails

Nails are pointed, narrow pins made of metal that are used to hold materials together or attach them to surfaces.
